How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it in real time.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States. Our priority is to give local customers the best possible experience. If we expand to other countries in the future, we’ll make sure our community knows first.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Simply contact us at info@coldert.com, and our team will guide you through the return process.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been approved and processed, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Please note that your bank may take a little longer to show the amount on your statement.
